The property
This spacious attached townhouse located in a quiet area of Nerja is only a 10-15 min walk downhill to the popular Burriana Beach. Burriana Beach offers everything from an extensive option of restaurants and bars as well as water entertainment such as kayaking and a refreshing swim. If you would like to visit the centre of Nerja where you can enjoy shops, restaurants and the famous Balcony of Europe, this is only a 20-30 min walk away.

Comfortably furnished and well equipped, this house is ideal for families or friends. A large shared pool as well as a private south-west facing roof terrace with sea and mountain views are to be enjoyed. You can relax and sunbathe, or better still, enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The Mercadona and SuperSol supermarkets, and local tennis/padel courts are a short walk away.
